Italy: Positano
As you can imagine it is a tough life waking up and walking onto your balcony and looking at this view......
Trish, Annie and Squizz woke to the early morning view and prepared for our Path of the Gods walk. Meanwhile Sandy minded the fort, undertaking her IT support role and enjoying a leisurely morning.
We were driven to our meeting point, where we fuelled up on coffee and local donuts before commencing the walk. The walk was spectacular and our guide was very informative and after 12kms we then descended down to the coast via over 1,700 steps.
From our balcony we witnessed the amazing manoeuvring of two buses meeting on the narrow road.
The afternoon was then spent recovering by the pool and the evening watching the fireworks from our balcony as Positano celebrated one of the saints.
